Mother’s Yoga
A deeply restorative class specifically designed for mothers combining dynamic feminine flow, revitalising pranayama, gentle poses and meditation. Whether you are newly postpartum or have older babies and children, this is an opportunity for you to take time for yourself to feel grounded, restored and connected to a community of local women.
Prenatal Yoga
An intimate class that nurtures the expecting mother both physically and emotionally and connects you to a community of women in this exciting but also vulnerable and ever-changing life stage. Combining yoga, breathwork, active birth prep, education, relaxation, connection and community. All levels of experience welcome.
